Elements of Style Card

I love this new stamp set in the new Summer mini catalog. It is so beautiful! Lots of uses for weddings anniversaries, birthdays and sympathy cards. Elements of Style Stamp set (118611) found in the new Summer mini catalog on page 12. I used Versamark ink to stamp the large image and tapped on Pastels (chalk). When using versamark while still wet on the card stock the Pastels clings with ease. A double bonus when using the Stampin Up Pastels set (# 105542) they "set"... you do not need a clear spray to set them! Color and you are done! Card Stock: Pretty in pink ( #100459), Mellow Moss (#102898), and Very Vanilla (#101650). Versamark Ink (#102283) and Mellow Moss Ink (#101054). Very Vanilla Grosgrain ribbon (#109026). Tools: Scallop Edge (#112091) and Scallop Oval (#114889). Everyone knows how much I love love love Stampin Up's punches.

You Rock

This would make a great guys or girls birthday or grad card. This "You Rock" card is done with Pumpkin Pie (105240), So Saffron (#105118), and Very Vanilla (#101650) and Craft (#107070) card stock. Pumpkin pie (#105117), So Saffron (#105118) and Basic Black (#102851) Classic Inks. If you have teens in your family or circle of friends, this Extreme Elements (#115181) Stamp set is a must! Adding the Extreme Dirt Bike (# 115175) Stamp, just makes this card rock for guys. Since "guy" cards can by difficult to do for most - get a few stamp sets to make the job easy! Extreme Guitar (#115328), Extreme Snowboard (#115177), Extreme Surfboard (#115173) and Extreme Skateboard (#115179) are also available and would look awesome on this card! Grad Cakes

I was way to busy while the kids were here for a visit. Plus getting sick and my mom in the hospital! It has been a week. The kids pulled out today with u-haul trailer in tow will all the things we have been storing the past few years. My house and mini barn got bigger and strangely very quiet! No more baby noise :(.

A Day for a Party

Blowing out the 2 candles on the  birthday cake! (1 for each) My mom and her friend Debbie  celebrating the day together! There age? Never... lets just say mom is 20 years older then me. Besides I only had 29 candles on my cake last year again! Happy Birthday to you mom.

My favorite Stampin Up color - Certainly celery card stock (#105125), Rhinestone Sq Ice Brads ...whats a purse without bling.....(#109113), Vintage brads (#109109), and Chocolate Chip 1/4" grosgrain ribbon (#111367). Little Black Box

Painted Aprons

Above is the "cake" apron I painted, and the following are done by my students. Emily said I needed to ware an apron, because I make a mess on myself everything I cook! How dare she! Emily's Graduation Cake

Our baby has graduated... well Emily used to be the baby till we adopted Candace!

The cup cakes are topped with a square piece of card stock with a yarn "tassel" glued on top of a Recess candy cup! Pretty sweet huh! We celebrated with the famous Buchanan fish fry, with tons of  food and many good friends and family.

Vintage Vogue Card

I just love love love this stamp set. I shared this at a Card Club evening. All supplies available at My Web Site. Bumble Bee Cake

This cake was made for a bumble bee baby shower. This little bumble bees took me 4 hours to complete.. but was so much fun. Loved the way this cake turned out! Thanks for buzzing by!
