The card is made from 2 legal size envelops folded off center and layered inside of each other. Cutting the ends to make it into an open pocket. I cut card stock and punched a hole, tied ribbon and slipped it into each pocket. Covered it with pretty background paper from a past catalog. The flowers are made with one of Stampin Up's amazing dies you can find
