Cup Cakes

I was asked to do a cake and cup cakes for a 90 year young's birthday. She loves Hummingbird Cakes, so that was the cake with cream cheese frosting. I didn't get a picture of the two tier cake with butterflies. But I did remember to snap a shot of the cup cakes! Yum huh!

Painted Glass

This one is my favorite.

This one was a gift with flowers for a dear friend who needed a random act of kindness.

I so enjoy painting on glass. I had the best teacher, Donna Harcourt. Here are a few of my my most recent designs.Special orders available or pick from a few of my favorites for your home. Just contact me for payment and shipping.

Garden Before & After

Before, but after the new cement.
After, with flowers and new fence.

Close up of the 3 tier crazy pots. I put holes in all the pots and drove re-bar into the ground, guiding the largest pot hole on the re-bar to the ground, filling with gravel (for better drainage) then potting soil, then adding the 2nd pot on top of the 1st pot, and setting it a bit crocked, and doing the same for the 3rd pot. Filled with flowers.... super duper happy with the way it came out.

And for the little fence I have been waiting for hubby to build for oh..... ever! I wanted to hide the trash can, air conditioner, gas tank ugliness... and here is the cute till fence that dose the job. Plus is makes a great background for the table and chairs. It is awaiting a couple of finials on the post ends. The rubber boots that are sitting on the chair will be painted with some cuteness and filled with flowers next year. I just love whimsy in the garden. I am not the much of a gardener, but making it a little silly, helps to make my mistakes look good! Ha!

STOP AND SMELL THE FLOWERS!

May ATC Swap part 2

By Pam W.

By Georgeanne C. The lights are covered with crystal effects making them look like they are really on.

By Amber H. While Amber was at Friends Friday she found a scrap piece of black card stock with holes punched out of it... inspiration comes from trash too.

By Janice R.
The theme was black and white to celebrate the checker flag at the Indy 500. It amazes me every month to see all the different ideas from one simple theme.

Two great minds think alike. Who said grad cards had to be made with the hat, tassel, and paper roll? No us! Great grad cards for girly congrats.

Happy I Do Day

Easy card idea. Emboss white c/s using a embossing folder. Lightly rub the raised embossing lines with ink using a dauber. Tie on a ribbon. Use Word Play set for the "happy I do day" stamp and add a bit of bling to the ring.

Teacher Gift idea

We covered a jar with pretty Designer Paper. Add some flowers to the tip of pens and pencils. Added a sweet tag. It was Mrs. Weber, my high school art teacher that inspired me to push the creative juices to overflow. She was AWESOME!
