Oh my goodness - these are simply the best ever. And you don't have to turn on the oven!
They are so pretty with the little valentine sprinkles too.
1 box of Ritz Crackers
1 and 1/2 package of White Almond Bark (or chocolate if you like)
1 jar of Biscoff Spread (found next to the peanut butter.
Spread Biscoff between two Ritz Crackers. You can see how much I used (in the cookie cut in half), next time I would use a bit more to make it a bit thicker. I used about 1/2 a jar, using the whole jar would be doubly amazing!
Melt 5-6 blocks of Almond Bark in a 2 cup glass measuring cup at a time, dip filled crackers, and completely cover, then let set on parchment paper or your Demarle sil-mat to set. Sprinkle with colored sprinkles of choice for different holidays before almond bark sets. Enjoy!
