This beautiful card is by the oh so lovable, Crista Miller. She is so creative and comes up with really great cards, scrapbook layouts, and she did some really cute stamped art for her kitchen.

 Here is a close up of the tag layers and pearls on the flowers.

And she even finished the inside of the card - nice Crista - really nice finish.
