Sarah Smith made this really fun Birthday card. The trick is to punch the circles first in your scrap paper or card stock and then cut or punch the shape around the the circle. This is a very fun kids or young teen card. Great use of scraps and could be dressed up with some fun wiggle eyes or printed background papers and even different punch shapes too.
