Anita Taylor make this beautiful card from a napkin! Yep a napkin. Above is the before. Below is the after. She cut the napkin apart, seperated the layers of the napkin then glued to a card front. You cannot see the sparkles, but she used a glitter pen and outlined some of the napkin elements.
The inside below is just as beautiful. Thank you Anita for sharing this beautiful work of art.
